GBS offers turnkey services beginning with the valuation of your business, notification of suppliers, negotiations with either the buyer or seller to insure you receive the best value, as well as assisting in the sale agreement and closing of the transaction. GBS is keenly aware of the brewery requirements in both selling and buying a business and can advise their client as to the appropriate steps to take to achieve the established goal. We are also available to work with our client after closing to insure the acquired portfolio is properly assimilated into the existing business. Our fee is only a small percentage of the “Goodwill” price, paid only after closing. We do not get paid unless you get paid.

GBS can offer a fair and honest appraisal of your business. A correct valuation is vital whether you are selling, dealing with an estate, or just curious about the value of your business. GBS utilizes various methods including the Income approach as well as incorporating our knowledge of other valuations to insure comparable values.

GBS will work with all parties to insure an arrangement can be made where all parties receive full value for their business, limit the cash needed to create the new entity, and maintain family legacies for future generations.
